The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of the Metropolitan Craniofacial Center practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom teeth removal, dental implants and bone grafting to corrective jaw and cosmetic surgery. We also diagnose and treat facial injuries, facial pain and TMJ disorders. Many of our procedures can be performed with intravenous sedation in either our state of the art offices or our Surgery Center at Penthouse IV. For those procedures requiring a general anesthetic, we utilized both the Short Hills Surgery Center and the St. Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center.
