The Metropolitano Futebol Clube was founded on January 10, 2018. In December 2021, Metropolitano successfully completed its affiliation process with the Federação Paulista de Futebol, enabling participation in competitions in the U-15, U-17, and U-20 categories. In 2024, the club received the CBF's Club Training Certificate, recognizing its dedication and excellence in athlete development.
