Metropolitan School of Panama

The Metropolitan School of Panama is one of Panama’s leading educational institutions. Founded in 2011, the MET offers a world-class academic program for students in PK3 through 12th grade. Located in Green Valley on a modern campus that integrates leading educational technology to support learning, the MET currently has more than 775 students from 48 different nationalities and 125 faculty members with an impressive range of international teaching experience. CURRICULUM The MET is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, a community of international schools with the reputation of maintaining the highest standards of education. The MET was the first full IB Continuum school in Panama, authorized to offer the IB PYP, MYP, and DP. The IB is a world-acclaimed academic program with innovative teaching methodologies that allows the development of intellectual, personal, emotional, and social skills necessary to learn, work and succeed in a rapidly globalizing world.
