MEYFUND Foundation is a registered non-profit organization that provides quality educational programs to underprivileged children in Ghana. Through this initiative, MEYFUND is focusing on breaking societal barriers and addressing widely held misconceptions of the needs of underprivileged children. While underprivileged children primarily need food and shelter, it is equally important, they have a hand to hold and guide them through their growth process. They also need social skills that focus on their emotional stability, cognitive development and digital inclusion to help them navigate the complexities of the world around them. This is exactly what MEYFUND seeks to do; enable a generation of underprivileged children to have the same opportunities as privileged children. The organization partners with underprivileged communities and orphanage institutions to curate and conduct monthly workshops to support child development in the areas of digital inclusion, cognitive, social, physical and emotional development.
