Established in 2019, Mentors and Future Analysts (MFA) provides a unique opportunity for college juniors to network with both college and industry seniors with finance career experience.
MFA mainly aims to equip juniors with the knowledge and attitude to independently prepare for recruitment and to refine their aspiration towards their career in finance upon completion.
The curriculum for each semester, although it may vary, will cover theoretical and practical knowledge needed for breaking into finance.
We cultivate the culture of “sharing and giving back”. More than 30 students have participated in MFA and remain in MFA network today, all eager to offer help back to new joiners.
Regular networking sessions with incumbent finance analysts and seniors have been held and more of such sessions will be scheduled as our network continues to proceed with the ongoing curriculum.
