Methodist Family Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the mission of Methodist Family Health (MFH) to provide the best possible care for Arkansans who experience abandonment, abuse and neglect or struggle with psychiatric, behavioral and emotional issues. The Foundation raises money and receives in-kind donations to provide necessities and therapeutic items that allow those in our care to focus on healing. Founded as an orphanage in 1899 & widely known as the Methodist Children’s Home, MFH now serves more than 4,000 children and their families each year through an array of services that includes an inpatient behavioral hospital, residential treatment, therapeutic day school, outpatient counseling, school-based counseling, and Kaleidoscope Grief Center. The Foundation also supports MFH’s recovery program for pregnant women and mothers, Arkansas CARES (Center for Addiction Research, Education and Services). Our name honors our roots, but we serve all who need our help regardless of religious affiliation or beliefs.
