In addition to increasing the productivity and effectiveness of leaders, I help organizations to dramatically improve their productivity through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to their workflows. I improve workflows from order receipt to product/service delivery by removing inefficiencies and reducing cycle times, which results in improved profitability, cash flow, customer satisfaction, and company brand. My clients have realized compelling returns on investment, such as 15:1, 20:1, and 12:1, through increased revenue, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. I also bring my experience and purpose as a coach for competitive soccer to my leadership programs, where I have helped many players achieve winning records and scholarships. As the Vice President of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade Council, I provide governance and input for local business advocacy and growth in the Durham Region.
