The Mediterranean Gastronomy Academy (MGA) was established in 2017 by two aspiring Greek Pastry Chefs, passionate about helping skilled chefs and amateur enthusiasts in Greece tap into their inner advocate and provide the training required in the rapidly evolving bakery & pastry industry to ensure their ongoing success! MGA is a seminar-based culinary school devoted to the education in the art and science of bakery & pastry. Our Masterclasses are conducted in state-of-the-art facilities throughout the year by renown pastry chefs from around the world and are aimed to professional chefs or amateur enthusiasts!
