The company tracks the building analytics to find out exactly what is being consumed and where the potential efficiency improvements can be created. Our team has brought together software and remote engineering talent (10 full time programmers and certified Professional Engineers) to service clients. Their job is to customize and track in a granular way any energy usage, natural gas usage and water usage from the various devices. We then craft a custom dashboard to track multiple locations for HVAC usage & chiller efficiency, water consumption, power factor, peak shaving of demand spikes and load shifting with energy storage systems and LED light conversion. Such data gives us tremendous insight into operational and maintenance savings with provable verified savings results. Always looking for best of breed technologies and must have products that are demonstrably better, or we don’t recommend them.
