MGB Mining Resources is a mining company that partakes in the Mining and Beficiation of Phosphate on the Schiel Farm ,Vuwani Limpopo. Our main goal is to mine rock phosphate and beneficiation pure phosphoric acid. MGB Mining & Chemical Resources was established to participate in the vast mining resources in the country and the generous incentives provided by the government to support black mining and industrial enterprises. The company commenced operations as a contractor providing surface infrastructure construction for other mining companies in the Northern Cape manganese mines. This soft landing in mining, exposed the company to the prevailing compliance aspects in the mining industry. The opportunity to acquire the Schiel Phosphate Mine was especially attractive to the management of the company who had developed a particular passion for agriculture after managing the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market. The link of phosphate to agricultural activities would satisfy this passion.
