MH4HRM is a European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme that arises in response to the growing need to strengthen mental health competencies in European companies. Through this project, we seek to understand the basic characteristics of common mental illnesses in the workplace, identify their impact, and provide tools to HR professionals and departments to address them effectively.
