Our company conducts research on properties, finding out their development potentials and constraints; we prepare, draft and submit land use development applications, including compliance processes in line with policy; we also provide runner services, allowing our clients to focus on making important decisions required for project finalization, instead of wasting valuable time following up application processes; we design township layout plans, architectural drawings, and any diagrams required for all project deliverables. Our engagement with a number of processes within the property development and construction sectors has provided us with intensive experience in the industry, and therefore we are able to provide project management services, coming up with integrated solutions to any land issue. Our inception was based on the need to provide integrated service solutions for the built environment. Because lets face it, development of any property is complex in its nature, therefore having a company that can walk you through the process makes for more informed decision making.
