Mhlava Group of Entities was established in 2006. Initially established as Mhlava CivilConstruction CC the company has since evolved into a Group Structure with the following subsidiaries - Materials/Quarry subsidiary, Roads and Earthworks subsidiary, Building and Infrastructure subsidiary, Steel Fabrication subsidiary, Minerals subsidiary as well as Project Management and Engineering services as part of the service offering. The primary objective for the expansion is to enable the Group to participate in the entire construction value chain which will enable the Group to offer superior value and quality at cost efficient rates to both the private and public sector clients that we serve. This model is important in the Group as it ensures that our client’s businesses are profitable, successful, and sustainable. The Group is hundred percent black-owned with most of the shareholding and directorship being under female control. The Group also prides itself on a youthful yet experienced and competent Executive Team whose innovative ideas will drive the attainment of the Group Vision.
