MHRB is the local board of mental health and addiction services serving the residents of Warren and Clinton Counties. Our mission: to support a healthier community by investing in a system of mental health and substance use disorder services for the people of our counties..
MHRB contracts with provider agencies, hospitals and other organizations to provide services and programs that support prevention, treatment and recovery from mental illness and addiction. The goal is to help individuals recover and return to active participation in their families, their jobs and their communities.
