Michela (Miky) is a creative Pastry Chef, possessing a high level of artistry and skills in creating new cake and cupcake decorations. Fully experienced in baking pastries, biscuits, croissants and other indulging items.
she started making cakes as a hobby, but then she realised that this was not just a hobby but a real passion. Therefore she followed courses of specialisation and she turned her passion into a real job, at first doing different experiences in Italy and then moving to the world capital of food: London
Here in London, she made different experiences as commis pastry chef for an exclusive private club in South Kensington, a Japanese restaurant in Canary Wharf, and more recently, an industrial manufacturing kitchen in Chalk Farm/Camden.
Miky is a versatile, enthusiastic, hard working individual; driven to meet or exceed expectations with a great ability to work as a team member with people of all professional levels and of various cultures.
