MIC Group - Managing Innovation & Collaboration

MIC (i.e. Managing Innovation and Collaboration) Group was founded by Mareike Heinzen, Professor for Innovation Management and Leadership at RheinAhrCampus, in 2020. MIC Group consists of interdisciplinary researchers in the field of innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship who represent generating and exchanging scientific knowledge and transferring it into teaching and management. Current research focuses on the management of Innovation Ecosystems and Innovation Spaces (esp. corporate makerspaces), Industry-Startup Collaboration (i.e. transmission of entrepreneurial behavior into established firms) and Innovation Culture (e.g. entrepreneurial mindset and education). The research of the MIC Group is applied in two study programmes at Campus Remagen: “Management, Führung, Innovation” (B.A.) & “Management, Leadership, Innovation” (M.A.).
