Michael Cameron is an M.B.A. educated Business Consultant and Human Resources Specialist, who has many years business experience specialising in Human Capital Management. Following a long career working for a JSE listed ICT distribution company in South Africa, Michael moved to become an independent business advisor and business consultant. Michael has gained advanced business acumen, demonstrating strong competence, expertise and proven application in human capital management strategy, process compliance, organisational and individual performance management, stakeholder management, leadership development, industrial relations, training and skills development. Michael has occupied various board level committees (Social & Ethics Committee, Remuneration Committee, Trustee on the Board of the Company Pension Fund, Social Responsibility Committee, Employment Equity Committee, Training Committee).
