Michael is a seasoned financial planning and investments professional and a CMA Instructor. Michael has extensive experience of more than 14 years in the field of financial advisory in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, enriched by professional experience gained from major “Big Four" and global consulting firms. Michael is highly skilled in conducting complex financial analysis and investment valuation, building financial models, preparing feasibility studies, business cases, budgets and financial forecasts, and performing decisive ad-hoc analysis that supports major corporate decisions of CEOs, CFOs, and senior leadership of companies. During his career journey across local and international organizations, Michael acquired exposure to a broad range of businesses across various sectors, covering financial services (banking& insurance), technology, media& Telecoms, healthcare, automotive, consumer products, construction& real estate development, renewable energy, petrochemicals, broadcast media and hospitality. Michael started his career by joining Deloitte Middle East as a Financial Analyst in 2006, moving to the United Arab Emirates where he worked as a Buy-side Investment Analyst till 2009, thereafter in 2010 he joined Orange Egypt (Orange Data S.A.E) where he heavily supported financial planning& business development activities for the Company, and then to Mazars in 2014 as Senior Financial Advisory Manager till 2019. Michael got his Bachelor degree of Commerce& Business Administration from Helwan University (the English section) in 2005 and holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation since 2012.
