Michi-Noeki

In 2017 the concept Michi-Noeki was created by a multidisciplinairy team, formed by Vollmer & partners and Twynstra Gudde. Michi-Noeki was awarded as Runner Up in Groningen at the 'Who Cares competition'. This competition was an initiative taken on by the Dutch government to address the recent policy changes in elder care. 'Who Cares' as an ideas competition was initiated in 2017 by the “Rijksbouwmeester” or chief government architect, Floris Alkemade, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport, the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Humanitas Foundation, the Council for Public Health and Society and the Municipalities of: Almere, Groningen, Rotterdam, Sittard-Geleen, Province of Limburg. Momentarily Michi-Noeki is in progress in Groningen and has also made a start in the 'Bomenbuurt' in The Haque
