Triage Assessing provides for claims to be triaged and assessed at the same time using an online platform to gather the required data to enable fulfilment decisions to be made instantly thereby compressing time and obviating the need to travel to the site to gather this information on most claims. Our Team has also designed, developed and delivered ClaimPro an on line claims management system that has been adopted by ProRisk Underwriting and Insurance House Group and is used in the London market. ClaimPro captures all data relevant to a claim that can be fed back into risk management and education programs whilst at the same time providing policy holders with a live view of their claim.
