MICRA was founded by Mercy Corps in early 2006 to institutionalize its joint “Commercial Linkages Pilot Project” with IFC PENSA. MICRA currently has 6 services: 1) Technical Assistance; 2) Ratings and Appraisals; 3) Research & Innovations; 4) MFI Establishment; 5) Interim Management Support; 6) Managing Grant Fund.
