Micro Surfaces - a company of the Pütz Group - is a modern, worldwide operating mechanical engineering company.
We develop, design, manufacture and sell a trend-setting method of deburring and surface finishing technology, as well as precision machining systems.

Production of complex geometries, use of materials that are difficult to process, as well as high requirements for precision and wear resistance are only some challenges, which the production engineering must face. Not only primary shaping manufacturing processes, such as turning, milling and eroding play a role, but also the subsequent finishing processes. These are primarily used to meet both technical and aesthetic requirements for a product.
MicroStream® Abrasive Flow Machining® (AFM Machining) and vibratory finishing are such finishing methods.
These technologies offer our customers optimal results for:

- Rounding of inaccessible intersecting edges and
- Producing the finest surface finish.
We expand our portfolio with electrochemical machining (ECM).
The work is carried out using a special highly viscous tool, STREAMER©, which consists of a polymer with abrasive particles.
