Using the process known as Investiment Casting, Micro Metal is a supplier of the most diverse types of segments on the Market such as automotive, agricultural, metal-mechanical, railway, aerospace, valve, safety equipment, among others. With the objective of always seek planned and structured constant evolution, we acquired the ISO 9001 certification in 2015.
In order to provide machining services, we are able to deliver micro melted parts and finished parts (rectified, turned, threaded, drilled, burnished, laminated and calibrated), and also thermal treatments (carburizing, tempering, normalization, annealing, among others). We have modern equipments, which allows us to machine materials in alloys of carbono steel, stainless steel and tool steel. Recently, Micro Metal has expanded its knowledge and has also come to cover non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, etc.
Micro Metal is also highly qualified to meet the segment of valves and sanitary connections, following SMS, DIN, RJT, TC, IDF, BSP and NPT standards, in manufacturing aimed at the food industry, dairy, breweries, juices, soft drinks, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, alcohol plants, sugar, among others.
