Micro-PackS team consists of industrial companies and academic labs experts from semiconductor and communicating object R&D. It serves and supports innovative academic labs, startups, SME’s and industrial companies by sharing expertise and equipments in order to reduce their Time to Market and innovation risks. Its users can develop new generation of smart objects thanks to high process availability sharing means, skills, innovation costs and risks. We offer different services at very short lead time (<1 week) : Micropackaging, material characterization and failure analysis, reliability, RF diagnostic, prototyping, security characterization.
