(hereafter known as Microbumi) was incorporated in Malaysia in the Month of September 1995, formerly known as MICROBUMI SYSTEMS AND SERVICES; a sole proprietor company which was active since Feb 1989. In January 2005, the owner and founder decided to transfer the whole Operations to MICROBUMI SYSTEMS AND SERVICES (M) SDN. BHD. which include staff, assets, projects, customers and technical expertise.
