MicroCiclo develops mixtures of bacteria to clean up oily industrial waste. The company is a spin off of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and has gone through the pre-acceleration of the program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Innovation and Communication “Public Call for Companies Conecta Startup Brasil 037/2019” and is currently developing the approved project in “Programa Centelha- RN nº 007/2019”. The innovation of the project is to offer a complete solution and autonomy to customers. The product is developed to clean up oily water within the industry, removing the need for transportation to a treatment unit and eliminating the risk of environmental accidents. The proposed solution is cheaper, safer and more sustainable, promoting a circular economy, once decontaminated waste can be reused. We are looking for partners willing to test our product.
