Born out of a desire to reconnect with nature and nourish their bodies, Chris & Katie started growing indoors and created MicroDreams in 2021. Microgreens was an obvious choice for their jam-packed nutritional properties; they can contain up to 40x more nutrients than their fully grown counterparts. This means you get more nutrition in a smaller package! Grown indoors with organic fertilizer, you can feel good about what you and your family are eating.
