For over 40 years, Micron has been the supplier of choice for original equipment manufacturers and control system builders around the world. Our long history in magnetics began with control transformers. Micron developed the industry’s first epoxy encapsulated control transformer receiving a patent for the ImperviTRAN®. Although other transformer manufacturers have since copied its encapsulated design, the ImperviTRAN remains the time-tested industry leader. In addition to control transformers, Micron is a provider of low voltage general purpose and buck-boost transformers. Units are available with encapsulated or ventilated enclosures in both single and 3-phase configurations. Micron’s DINergy™ product offering encompasses a full line of DC power supplies for the industrial environment. These product lines are built to the same rigorous quality standards that made our ImperviTRAN the premier control transformer in the marketplace.
