Microo biodegrades plastics. Microo is a biotechnological solution to the greatest threats to the environment. Most solutions to the plastic crisis the ecosystem is facing, concern recycling, however, this only slows down the accumulation of plastics in the biosphere, specifically the oceans. In Microo we have a rather different point of view - we must eliminate plastics from nature. Microo is developing solutions to degrade plastics into biodegradable components using microorganisms and natural enzymes. Right now our main focus is the biodegradation of microplastics produced during laundry.
