MicroPro GmbH - a German microbiological laboratory - is a privately-held, independent company. Our many years of experience and specialist competencies in the special areas of geo-microbiology and technical microbiology are in demand throughout Germany and internationally. MicroPro GmbH offers all required microbiological analysis for investigation of: - oil and gas reservoirs - underground gas storages - underground formations - pipelines and other technical facilities - environmental samples (water/soil) We are specifically analysing technical problems caused by: - Microbially influenced corrosion, MIC) at pipelines, technical installations or sheet pile walls - Quality loss by generation of hydrogen sulphide (souring) - Plugging at wellbore bottomhole or surface installations, e.g. at filters or heat exchangers by microbial products (FeS)or biofilms - Precipitation, plaque formation, souring - Decrease of formation permeability - Collapse of drilling mud or other chemical additives
