(I've also supported and/or taught document management systems, OneNote, Publisher, Windows, etc.) As a Microsoft Certified Master Instructor for Microsoft Office, I can teach you how to use this ubiquitous software suite more efficiently by understanding how it was designed to be used (i.e., Styles in Word, Formulas in Excel, Slide Masters in PowerPoint, Quick Parts in Outlook, and so on). As an Automation Development Specialist (programming in Visual Basic for Applications), I can create customized dialog boxes that appear inside Word or Excel that ask the right questions, use the innate power of Microsoft Office, and trigger automatic actions such as document assembly, complex workbook calculations, and so much more.
