We have a state-of-the-art toolroom and have manufactured close to 1300 molds with many exports to North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We are industry leaders in manufacturing multi-cavity ( 16+ ) molds for Caps & Closures, Dispenser pumps, Electrical Connectors, and Automotive Components. Our proficiency extends to but is not limited to making unscrewing, in-mold closing, and in-mold labeling technologies with side cores. We are skilled in working with polymers such as PA6, PA66, GF/TF materials, POM PC, ABS, PP, HDPE, LLDPE, and LDPE. To support our manufacturing process, we have partnerships with Husky, Mold-Masters, Yudo, and Thermoplay for Hot Runner Systems and with Hasco, Misumi, and Meusburger for standard parts established. We have dedicated injection molding machines for in-house mold try-out and validation.
Speaking of our injection molding capability, We are IATF 16949 and Hyundai SQ mark-certified organization. We operate 13 injection molding machines, ranging from 80 tons (Vertical) to 450 tons (Horizontal). We cater seat & door latch components, housings, adapters, knobs, safety hooks, and hood stay rod components to Tier-1 industries on a Just in Time basis. We also add value to the plastic parts through sub-assemblies and pad printing.
