Microtex Composites is a company belonging to the historical Becagli group that has specialized in the textile production since the end of the second world war. Microtex was founded in 1990 for the production of traditional fabrics, such as microfibers, and coated materials and gradually joined this activity with the innovative idea of composite materials.
Nowadays the group consists of two companies: the original company dedicated to the production of traditional fabrics and Microtex Composites S.r.l. specialized in the manufacture of structural and aesthetic composites, both dry and prepreg.
Microtex Composites is a European excellence for carbon fiber manufactures widely used for structural parts, exterior panels and carbon look interiors for motorsports, automotive, marine, transportation and industrial markets.
The company is a vertical fully integrated reality that starts from the weaving of carbon fiber, develops its own resin systems and produces prepreg.
