Founded in 1992 by Timothy Coss, Microtunneling Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Boulder, Colorado, with manufacturing facilities in the United States and Asia. Microtunneling Inc. provides microtunneling systems and ancillary supplies to the industry through multiple sources including custom fabrication as well as associations with leading suppliers. We provide consulting and technical assistance to contractors, engineers and municipal government agencies on both proposed as well as current projects.
Our mission is to provide every customer with the latest approaches and equipment solutions to successfully address their unique tunneling project requirements. We organize and host the "Microtunneling Short Course" and "Breakthroughs in Tunneling", a tunneling short course. These courses provide a forum for industry professionals to network and exchange ideas and techniques.
