MiDEAL Group (“MiDEAL”) manages Real Estate funds that Purchases and Manages Commercial Income Producing Real Estate Properties in Europe, with an emphasis on investments in Germany. The targets Investments are characterized as "Solid”, exploiting the strong macroeconomic environment in Germany and the financial strength of the tenants. The Fund is focused on purchasing and managing commercial properties while creating an optimal mix of logistic centers, offices, and retail, with long Triple Net / Double Net leases, as well as investments in Value add and turn around properties.
