Welcome to the Mid-Hudson Human Resources Association! Mid-Hudson Human Resource Association (MHHRA) is a professional Human Resource association based in Dutchess and Ulster counties of New York State and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). MHHRA’s goal is to provide the opportunity for Human Resource professionals to meet and discuss issues of mutual interest; to gain ideas, share information and skills; and to provide a forum to enhance educational opportunities in the Human Resource field.
