Midland Fire Direct Ltd specialise in Gent products, having knowledge of systems all the way back from the late 80’s when the first analogue addressable 3400’s were installed, all the way up to the latest Vigilon Plus including the new 2km loop cards, and every Gent system in between, from a single loop Nano to a multi domain network.
We use the latest loop diagnostic software, to interrogate new or existing loops, creating health reports giving the end users concise information on the state of their installed system.
At our office we have an off site Winmag graphics PC allowing us to build new winmag systems or amend existing builds by taking a backup from site.
All of this comes from years of experience with the Gent product, including working within the Gent technical support along side development, and continuing to keep abreast of the latest Gent technology as it comes in to the market.
