The Midland Orthopaedic Practice is a group of highly recognised, nationally and internationally recognised Consultants specialising in various aspects of Orthopaedic Surgery including the Birmingham Knee and Shoulder Clinic. www.bhamknee-shoulder.co.uk.
We are proud of our established ongoing clinical education programme, that is tailored to the needs of GPs, Physiotherapists and AHPs with an orthopaedic/ MSK interest.
Our education sessions were established over 12 years ago at various venues across the West Midlands area- mainly at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts in Edgbaston, Birmingham, where our quarterly consultant lectures would attract over 300 GP, Physiotherapy and AHP delegates. I
In addition pre-covid we were able to hold smaller sessions, including practical joint injection training at various venues across the West Midlands.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our popular education programme has successfully transferred to an on-line platform, and we are proud that we are still able to offer the same high standard of clinical lectures, albeit via Zoom, offering our clinical delegates the convenience and safety of participating in our free education sessions remotely.

Our Consultants are based privately at Circle Priory Hospital in Edgbaston, Birmingham, Droitwich Spa Hospital, Spire Parkway Hospital, Solihull, Spire Little Aston Hospital, Sutton Coldfield and Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, Sutton Coldfield.
Most of the consultants also hold an NHS post at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Northfield, Birmingham, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
