Joining the MSSF will provide you with access to latest topics, case studies, debate and an insight into how different businesses across different sectors are embracing Shared Service Centres. These may be technology challenges, people debates, process improvement suggestions or a steer to what Best In Class actually looks like from many different perspectives. The community shares information willingly, nothing is shared that is confidential or sensitive without prior agreement, but what is shared allows for honest engagement and those involved are happy to share time and experiences on a 1-2-1 basis, so it’s a great networking and information sharing community all focused on the same goals. Joining our community means you'll receive invites to events, but can also explore previous events and the material shared to help shape your decision making. We rely completely on the energy and participation of our members. Everything that we do is driven by the members’ needs, questions, requests or experiences and every single one of our members, regardless of their role status or responsibilities, has an active voice.
