The MidSouth Practice Transformation Network supports 4,000 plus primary and specialty care clinicians in 112 practices across Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, and Arkansas. These practices are successfully transitioning from fee for service environments to thriving, high quality value-based environments that focus on whole patient care.
