The Midwest Cyber Security Alliance (MCSA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan collaboration of individuals, businesses (large and small), government entities, and professional firms advocating for more effective cyber security solutions. Our Mission is Data Privacy & Security In a world increasingly driven by electronic communication and e-commerce, data privacy and security are vital to safeguarding your company’s crown jewels – such as your intellectual property, proprietary information, customer, employee, and vendor information. Federal, state, and local governments also collect and store electronic records and communications, which must be properly safeguarded to protect the citizens these governmental agencies serve. Our Focus is Education Cyber preparedness is founded upon security awareness. MCSA is a meeting place for all cyber security stakeholders, in every industry, to collaborate on current cyber threats and cyber defenses and strategies including risk assessments, vendor management, governance, employee training, table top exercises, dark web monitoring, incident response planning, cyber threat sharing, insider threat programs, and much more. Our members include IT professionals, cyber security experts, human resource managers, lawyers, business executives, and government representatives. We address cyber with a multidisciplinary approach, understanding that communication and collaboration is the most effective way to combat cyber criminals, hacktivists, and nation-states conducting cyber-attacks on business and government.
