Founded in 2016, Midwest GIR Group is a boutique real estate investment company with a strong in-house property renovation/management team. We mainly target "value add" multi-family properties in the $2M to $20M range. Our main objective is to acquire quality affordable, high income-producing properties. Our team diligently searches for “below market” and “off market” properties and negotiate the best price, conduct thorough due diligence and arrange financing. We then manage the property, distribute income and ultimately map out the divestiture that will maximize investor returns.
