We are a new and innovative mixed plastic recycling plant based in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, UK. We are proudly ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited. We process bales of post-consumer PET bottles to produce rPET hot-washed flakes, and rPET hot-washed food-grade flakes. We have the capacity to process other plastics and we are always innovating to expand our product range.
Our site in Holbeach can produce 4000 tons of rPET flake per month. Our production lines consist of high-quality machinery including three optical sorter machines, a Sortex and a two Pellencs. We have an accredited lab testing facility on site where we have three steps to our lab testing process, we use a Siropad to test for contamination, we then conduct a moisture test, and we finally conduct a heat test where we melt the sample and look for visual impurities. The minimum legal requirement is to conduct one test per day, but we conduct four tests per day to ensure consistency between batches and to offer our customer full traceability on their order. The contaminants we test for are metal, moisture, unwanted plastics (bottle caps, bottle labels).
The UK requirement for purity of rPET in rPET granulated flakes is 93%, however our rPET granulated flakes test at 99% rPET.
We have our own fleet of heavy good vehicles, and we can deliver all around Europe. We aim to regrow the past by reprocessing plastic bottles into rPET flakes, which will be used to manufacture a wide range of products, including packaging for FMCS (fast moving consumer goods), textiles, and more plastic bottles.
