The Midwest Rainbow Research Institute is a Nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting LGBTQIA equality within professional public institutions through comprehensive training workshops, policy analysis, and research publications. We provide various public, private, and nonprofit agencies with various training workshops to meet their specific needs in serving the diversity of the LGBTQIA community. We have trained, consulted, and worked alongside numerous school districts, county health departments, and emergency first responder agencies such as Law Enforcement, 911 Dispatch, and Emergency Medical Service. Our goal is to arm public servants with the tools they need to build trust and understanding with the LGBTQIA community they serve.
