How does the remote translator work?
A Deaf person presses the button “Translator of sign language” on the client’s website. Then a video connection starts between the Deaf person and a certified interpreter. At the same time our system initiates a call with our client firm. In this way the Deaf person can provide information and a description of the problem to our interpreter which can then be passed to an employee of our client company.
The introduction of a remote translator allows:
