Mighty Ability empowers people living with disability or chronic health conditions to access effectiveness, fulfilment and well-being—just as they are. Founded by Wayne Stickel, Mighty Ability exists to challenge the idea that disability is something to hide, fix or overcome. Instead, we see it as a powerful starting point for transformation. Through coaching, facilitation and community-based programs, we support individuals and leaders to reconnect with their values, reclaim their voice and take meaningful action in their lives. This is not about inspiration or positivity. It’s about truth, choice and creating a life that’s real and aligned. Mighty Ability is based in Australia and works with clients internationally.
