I am an accredited specialist immigration lawyer with over 30 years of experience in migration law and practice and was a Registered Migration Agent from 1992 until the end of dual regulation of lawyers and RMAs on 22 March 2021. I practice as a solicitor-advocate in the AAT in both the Migration and Refugee Division and the General Division (character and citizenship cases), as well as all Federal Courts up to the High Court of Australia, taking instructions from individuals, businesses, RMAs and other lawyers. I also advise and represent RMAs facing investigations or disciplinary action from MARA.
