Migrate Home is a unique program in my real estate practice. The focus is on long-term decision-partner relationships. In particular, in this program, we partner with elders and their families to navigate big decisions about the property, where they live, and how they get there. We are a single point of contact and advocate for your home and lifestyle. This is a long-term relationship. It was designed to help seniors stay home longer and make less stressful transitions later. Do you want to stay at the house? We can make it happen!
