MII Holding Groupe

The MII Holding Groupe were founded in 1982 of five members, is still privately held by one of the Establishment members and were created with the goal to satisfy the strong demand of crude and refined fuel oil from Middle East, South America and other parts of the world. The MII Holding Groupe started his oil business in Germany, then South America and later in the United States and Asia Pacific territories The companies associated with the MII Holding Groupe has been involved since 1982 in the development and acquisition of oil and gas properties in the Middle East area and other parts of the world. It’s wholly owned Mormina Oil & Energy Inc. was founded in 1986, the Meridian Oil Corporation was founded in 1978 and the wholly owned B & B Petrol Inc. was entering in the group in 1999. Since December 2011 the MII Holding Groupe is also owner and shareholder of the MII Oil Holding Inc that is registered in Tallahassee, Florida, USA.
