Mike purchased the existing Carpet Connection business in 1996, after many years as a customer service specialist with Xerox. His experience in customer service taught him about the importance of treating every customer like the important asset each one really is.
From the beginning, Mike has always kept the customer in the center of his business. He began with the ‘golden rule’ we learned in kindergarten or Sunday school and expanded it as a business principle. His goal is to provide fair, ethical treatment to customers, both in sales and in service. In each sale, the sales team pays attention to the individual needs of each customer. The right product is always a balance between quality and price. At Mike’s every effort is made to help the customer find the right balance for them. This is followed by courteous, professional installation.
